This is a very basic recipe, but a truly scrummy one. It’s probably my favorite of all the smoothies, drinks and juices I’ve made recently. Feel free to experiment yourselves, it’s pretty hard to go wrong adding ingredients into the blender, so long as you keep the consistency runny enough. Pour in a little extra milk/juice or ice if you find your mixture is too thick.
Adding a drop of vanilla before blending gives this particular smoothie another layer to the flavors, but no worries if you’re all out — it works just as great without it.
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
